GENERAL RATE PERIODS

SPRING BREAK weeks are $1,499 and runs from about February 15th until April 20th.

MAY weeks are $799 with the exception of the week of Memorial Day.

SUMMER weeks from about June 20th until August 15th are $1,399 except holiday weeks.

FALL weeks are $699 with the exception of the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN DATES OUTSIDE THESE TIME PERIODS PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO Ron.Farrimond2@comcast.net and include your contact information, dates you are interested in, and the number of people in your party.

* These rates include everything except the 11% taxes (cleaning fees are included in these rates).

* We will take $100 off if you rent two or more consecutive weeks!!!

* We primarily rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

* Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The full amount of the rent plus taxes is due 30 days before the date of rental.
• There's a $400 security deposit which will be refunded shortly after your stay if the condo is returned in good condition.
• Cancellation requires 60 days written notice from occupancy date and there will be a $100 handling fee deducted from the deposit.
• We can accept Credit Cards through Paypal with an additional 3% surcharge.
• Rates include Normal Cleaning up to $85, if additional cleaning is required it will be deducted from the deposit.
